Cancellation policy

A Houdini subscription keeps fresh coffee showing up without you having to think about it. Here is exactly how it works, what you are agreeing to, and how to stop it.

What You Get

10% off every subscription order, applied automatically for as long as the subscription is active.
Your choice of any of our four blends, in any size — 12 oz, 2 lb, or 5 lb.
Delivery every 2 weeks or every month — you pick at signup and can change it later.
Every order roasted to order, same as any other Houdini order.

Billing

Your first order is charged when you sign up. After that, your saved payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date at the then-current subscription price, including any applicable tax and shipping. Renewal dates follow the interval you selected, starting from your signup date.

If a payment fails, we will retry it and email you. If we cannot collect payment after our retry attempts, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method.

Shipping on Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow our standard Shipping Policy: free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more, $6.95 flat rate under $50, or free local pickup in Pasco. The 10% subscriber discount is applied before the $50 free-shipping threshold is calculated.

Managing Your Subscription

Skip a delivery
Pause the subscription
Change your blend, size, or delivery frequency
Update your shipping address or payment method
Cancel

Changes take effect on your next renewal, so make them before your renewal date. Once an order has been charged and roasted, we cannot change or cancel it.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Cancel through your account before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again. Orders already placed before you cancelled will still ship, and are covered by our Refund Policy.

Price and Term Changes

We may change subscription pricing or terms. If we do, we will email you at the address on your account before the change takes effect, so you have time to cancel if you would rather not continue.
